If the item is.....
#Damaged or Incorrect
Un-used and Unsealed product must be in its original packaging and the original receipt or prof of purchase must be presented. 
In those cases the company will evaluate the issue and proceed to correct the situation on a case by case basis. 
Once a decision is made, you will be notified via email and your item will be shipped out to you immediately or refunded.

                FOR PRIVATE LABEL ORDERS 
• All errors in shipment and damages must be reported with 7 days of receipt of goods to be eligible for claim review.
◦ Claims cannot be submitted until all required information is received.
◦ If claim information is not received in full within 2 weeks from the date we respond to your initial report, the claim will be closed.
◦ Closed claims will not be eligible for ANY refund, replacement, or re-opened discussion.

ALL PRIVATE LABEL CUSTOM MADE ORDER SALES ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED
